I began as a freelance designer for this company in 2017, working primarily on branding and marketing collateral. I came on as their Marketing Manager in 2023, and now oversee its four subsidiary companies. My primary function is to formulate and execute the marketing strategy for all companies across all channels including digital efforts (website, social, email, investor presentations), internal efforts (vision documents, branded apparel, office signage), and printed collateral (buying & selling guides and investor updates). I am the primary designer and copywriter for each of these duties. 
Behind the brand: The Fort + Home brand stands neutral to its work. The logo and vastly black & white brand colors are the clean and sophisticated backbone to the diverse real estate portfolio it represents. Imagery is the exception to neutrality, imagery for Fort + Home is driven by cozy “home like” surroundings. Being that this brand is a trustworthy partner in real estate purchasing and selling, development, capital fundraising and asset management, the identity must provoke a sense of sturdiness, professionalism and aunthenticity.
